What are the check-in and check out times?

Our check out time is 10am on the day of departure, and our Check-in time is from 3pm onwards.
You will be met at the property by our Property Manager who will give you a tour of the property and show you how to use the facilities.
Both bedrooms have en-suites and double beds. One of the double bed can be split into two single beds on request. In the lounge we have a pull out sofa bed that sleeps 2. The bedding for the pull out sofa is stored in the right hand bedroom closet.
We provide towels for bath and shower use and towels for Hot tub and pool use. By the swimming pool you will find an outside shower and outside toilet. Within the studio we provide a cordless Vacuum Cleaner, Hand held Vacuum, Iron, Ironing Board, Hairdryer, 2 x cooling fans, Microwave, toaster, cocktail shaker, Cafetiere, Alexa Speaker, Netflix TV, a selection of books and games. In the garden you will find lots of seating alongside a hammock area. The BBQ has a fridge, a seating area, ash trays, sink, TV and food prep area. In the outside storage area you will find swimming pool inflatables, children’s life jackets and sun loungers.
Can I book The Cliffe Studio for a party?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take bookings for large parties, hen dos or stag parties.
As the property is within a residential area we ask outdoor noise to be kept to a minimum after 9pm.
What are the local amenties?
A local country pub is located within walking distance of the property.
In the next village of Cliffe Woods there is a local convience store and pharmacy.
There are a number of local resturants and pubs within a short drive for dine in and delivery, and slightly further afield you will find many coastal towns and Kent Attractions including Leeds and Dover Castle, Rochester town centre, The Hop Farm, and Wedding venues of Cooling Barn Castle, The Little Hermitage and The Knowle.
What if Coronavirus affects my stay?
We have a full Coronavirus / Covid-19 policy for all of our guests, whether there is a another lockdown, or a member of your party comes down with symptoms before or during your stay. Our Covid-19 policy can be found below in our footer. We will fully refund any stay if affected by Covid.

Is the Swimming Pool Heated?
The water in the swimming pool is saline filtered (not chlorine) therefore is much kinder on the skin and hair. The Pool opens end of March and closes September/October. weather dependent It is heated to 26 degrees and covered by a solar cover to keep the heat in. The Hot Tub is heated to 38 Degrees and can be enjoyed all year round. Please note the swimming pool takes time to warm up from the end of march and is weather dependent on rising to the temperature of 26 degrees. The Swimming pool closes down during the month of October and is weather dependent on closing.
